KEITH BLAIR KREITZ
Date of Passing: Mar 03, 2012
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKEITH BLAIR KREITZ In the early hours of Saturday, March 3, 2012 Keith's struggles came to an end as he passed from this life. He was 43 years old. It is tragic and heartbreaking, for we know that even as Keith's life was beginning to turn around and he had a glimpse of a better future, he could not come to realize this clearly enough. Keith dealt with many hardships in his life, yet he remained a generous and caring person to those he knew. He will be missed greatly and always remembered by those he loved and who loved him in return. Keith is survived by his daughter Brittney, his parents Stan Marlene, his sisters Ali (Fraser McNeill), Kathy (Ron Klassen), Carla Steidl, his brother Don (Kerri), as well as his nieces and nephews Christopher, Jennifer (son Tavish), Meaghan and Amanda McNeill, Matthew Klassen, Kristen and Brett Steidl, Sydney and Hayden Kreitz. Keith was predeceased by his partner Corrie Wright, his sister Cynthia, his grandparents Albert and Helene Kreitz and Emeric and Mary DeBlaere. Keith loved the outdoors and spent many days with his faithful dog Xena. Everywhere Keith went, Xena followed. Celebration of Keith's life will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Road, Fr. Fred Olds presiding. For those who desire and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Though there is sadness in parting, we take comfort in the hope that we will be together once more where every tear shall be wiped away.' Be at peace Keith. Until we meet again. We are so saddened. Keith was a good man. One you could count on; one that would make you stop and think. One who made a difference, in particular, to my niece, Corrie. On March 12, Gordon & Brenda Pries, James and Laurie kayaked off the coast of Hawaii and gave orchids to the sea for both Corrie and Keith. Tears, smiles and courage were demonstrated - so much like both those people we care and miss daily. - Posted by: Laurie & James Agate - Calgary () on: Mar 27, 2012

I will always remember the fun times we had playing hide & go seek on Friday & Saturday nights on Dussault Ave with Don, Keith, Greg, Trevor, Shawn, D'arcy, Scott, Stephanie, Jeff and my sister Shelley and me. Including the not nice, but memorable time he broke his leg while his parents were on vacation in Europe. Also how his parents would buy kiwi fruit for him, which at the time was a very unknown and expensive fruit. I will always keep these fond memories of Keith. I am so sorry for your loss - Posted by: Sherri Munro-Nguyen (Formal neighbour) on: Mar 09, 2012
