• Rachel is still very fondly in my memories & heart, she is someone I will never forget, being her Brownie leader, we were close, I deeply loved all the children I worked with, and when she passed away, it was very hard for the 6 girls in her group. We talked at length of the wonderful girl she was and how we all missed her, I often thought, what we would do if this happened to us, and how I didn't think I could live without my child, I often wished we would have been closer with her Mom, so we could share with her, what a deep loss this is and we loved her as well, and maybe share with her and help her with the loss, but I never could, it was too painful to put myself in her shoes, then tragically we lost our child, and I lived the same nightmare her family had, It was almost unbearable....I have wonderful memories of working with Jack in soccor coaching, and in the community club. Jack helped me with a lot of the things, that happened, and he helped me find our money losses, as well as helping with Bingo, while I was president, which was a huge help!! He was a great man and sometimes misunderstood, but he had a great heart, and I gave him a lot of credit when he kept vigil where Rachel lost her precious life, it made everyone hug their kids and be thankful ours were here to hug, he isn't forgotten and we keep their memories in our hearts and share this day as a celebration of 2 wonderful lives we were glad we have known, and look forward to seeing them when we pass to our next life.
