MARTHA WARKENTIN (REDDEKOPP) March 13, 1927 - March 22, 2012 Strength and Honor are her clothing and she shall rejoice in time to come. Her children arise up and call her blessed. Proverbs 31 Mom was born to Gerhard and Anna Reddekopp in Saskatchewan, on the farm on her mother's birthday; a twin to John. Predeceased by her husband John (Hans), parents Gerhard and Anne, sister Anne, brothers George, John and Peter. She will be greatly missed by her children Mindy (James), Elfe (Mark) of B.C., Erwin (Sylvia) of New Foundland, and David. Also much cherished by Mom were her six grandchildren, Amanda (Jason), Erwin Jr. of Alberta, Tatiana (Johnathon) of Switzerland, Sofia and Laura of B.C., and Shay; great-grandchild, Elijah who was the latest light of her life. She will also be missed by her wonderful sisters, Susan, Katherine, Marjorie, Marie and Sara. You were a gift of love to us Mom. You inspired many with your forward thinking, strong sense of independence, hard work, and strong faith in God. We will miss you more than one can even imagine. Dad has been patiently waiting for you in heaven, and now he has you back. We the family would like to thank all family and friends who visited and gave their special support, especially her sisters. We can't thank the staff of C6 at Misericordia Health Centre enough for helping us care for Mom and making it a home for her.
