Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA ELIZABETH BERNATH (nee GEDEON) 1931 - 2012 It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Maria on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the Beacon Hill Lodge. Maria was predeceased by her husband Danny Bernath. Left to cherish her memory are her sister Irene (John) Miklovic, Elizabeth (Jozef) Karlik in Slovakia, brother Albert (Margit) Gedeon in Slovakia, nephew George (Joan) Miklovic and their children Jonathan and Emily, niece Diana Miklovic as well as nieces, nephews and cousins in Slovakia. On Maria's behalf, the family would like to express many thanks to the staff of Beacon Hill Lodge for their consistent effort and loving care they provided for Maria during her stay. A private Catholic funeral service will be held on Friday, May 25 in the Coutu Funeral Chapel; followed by a Christian burial at St. Boniface Cemetery.
