• I worked with Jose in the Peritoneal Dialysis Unit. We became friends outside of the hospital as I was drawn to her sense of humor. I remember us laughing until we cried. She would always find a bright side to any sad story. Patients and families all loved Jose and still ask about her today. She was a rock in the lives of many patients as she with her sense of humor educated and nursed so many patients. I respected her work and always looked forward to working with her.
