Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRIDGET LEE FRIESEN (nee BERARD) It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden death of our sweet wife, daughter, mother and sister Bridget Lee on Friday, June 8, 2012 Bridget was born on December 5, 1963 at St. Boniface General Hospital. She is survived by her beloved husband Blair, and her three cherished boys Dustin, Elijah and Dakota. She also leaves to mourn her parents Sam and Rita Savoie of Lorette, MB; Mike and Shannon Berard of Powell River, BC.; her brothers Kevin (Laura), of Airdrie, Alberta and Paul (Sherri) of Winnipeg and their families. Bridget was a kind, gentle and intuitive person who loved most of all to make people laugh. One of her greatest joys was going to the race track on the Harleys with her husband Blair and her parents Rita and Sam. The family wishes to thank the 2nd floor ICU staff at St. Boniface General Hospital and specifically Dr. Bell and nurse Tricia for their compassion and loving care. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg, between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Interment will take place at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Bridget to the Siloam Mission, 300 Princess Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3B 1M3. My sorrow runs deep. I feel numb. To be miles apart at this time is especially hard. I have loved you my dear friend since the day we met 34 years ago. I have the fondest memories of you and each one brings a smile to my face. Over the years, I always have and I promise to keep cheriching your loving spirit in my soul. I love you my little Bo. This still doesn't seem real that you are gone !!! Hard to believe. I am praying for you and my thoughts are with your family at this time of sadness. You are in a much better place and at peace now, where there is no pain and suffering!! You are surrounded by Angels that you believed in so much, and looking down at us from up above in heaven. You might be unseen and unheard but you will always be near and not forgotten. You were always so full of life. We will sure miss your sense of humour and your laughter. You would always make us laugh. One of your funny sayings from years back...Don't hate me because I'm beautifull !!!! And then you would burst out laughing..That memory is what sticks in my mind.
