Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCRAIG JAMES THOM Beloved husband, brother, father, papa, and friend passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at City of Hope on Thursday, August 23, 2012 after a long battle with leukemia. A memorial service honouring our hero, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend was held today in California. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations made to City of Hope Cancer Hospital or Grace Lutheran Church in his name.
