Condolences & Memories (9 entries)

  • I met Bob a long time ago and we dated for a while and when the relationship ended we were still good friends. He was a caring person and would give the shirt off his back. He would always be there to lend a good listening ear. At times I believed he cared too much as he would take thing personally, but that was Bob, a sensitive, caring soul. Rest in peace my Friend. My deepest Condolences to his family, and my prayers are with you during this difficult time. - Posted by: Françoise Malenfant (Frien) on: Dec 18, 2012

  • Had been away and just heard about Bob's passing yesterday. When I moved from the country to the city I was very nervous about being here but Bob let me know a good neighbour was just next do. We would cut our hedge together and occasionally go to the Sals for breakfast. A gentle generous man..he will be missed. - Posted by: susan stewart (neighbour) on: Oct 01, 2012

  • Bob and I met at Tache School at age 5. Somehow our paths continued to cross and over the past 50 years I always was amazed at what a loving friend I had in Bob. Most recently we were able to spend more time together as Bob so unselfishly came to my assistance, wanting to help with my store in any way he could. He refused to be paid for his time, only expecting friendship in return. I was honoured to be included in his 50th birthday celebration where I met his family whom he adored. Bob will always have a special place in my heart. - Posted by: Annette Duguay (Friend) on: Sep 19, 2012

  • Don & I have very good memories of Bob. He was a dear friend. Our best memories of Bob were the times when we all played cards till the wee hours and our camping weekends. We had the greatest times. He had the biggest heart and was always there when you needed him. He will be sadly missed. • Bob loved his family very much, especially his Mother, "his angel"...I hope you can get some comfort in knowing that and knowing your own angel by name. Denis and Bob have lots of catching up to do. I heard something on the radio the other day. That the soul is like water...you take a plastic bottle of water,, rough up the bottle, squeeze it out of shape, tear off the label but the water inside is exactly the same. Bob has just moved out of his body and moved on to where we will all meet one day. - Posted by: Theresa Dudych () on: Sep 13, 2012
