A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 23, 2012 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Interment to follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson Society Manitoba at 7-414 Westmount Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2J 1P2. Family and friends may sign a Book of Condolence at www.glenlawn.ca. My heartfelt sympathy and love go out to Nancy and Carol and families at this time. I have so many great memories of Uncle Mike and Aunty Hilda both in Winnipeg and out at the Lake. Sincerest condolences to Carol, Nancy and families. We remember Hilda as a very loving, caring, wife and mother. Hilda made me, Barb, try liver she was cooking. I told her, no way, that stuff was disgusting. To my surprise her home cooked liver was actually great tasting. We enjoyed and had fun at a few family parties over the years .
