Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHARTE GENETIANO Harte Genetiano passed away at his home in Winnipeg, Manitoba on December 16, 2012 at the age of 63 years. Harte is predeceased by his parents Calixto and Cristina Genetiano, and his brother Leandro Genetiano. He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Juana of 41 years, and their three daughters, Aileen (Julius) Layacan, Gladys Genetiano-Si (Sak Si), and Melody (Erickson) Magtoto, their six grandsons, his brother, Ernesto of La Union, Philippines. Harte enjoyed playing solitaire, shopping with his grandchildren and spending time with them. His passion was fixing cars and politics. Lamay (Viewing) will be held Friday, December 21, 2012 between 7:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight with prayers being said at 7:30 p.m. celebrated by Rev. Fr. Rey Dayanan at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Funeral Mass celebrated by Rev. Msgr. Enrique Samson Jr. will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 22, St. Peters Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Street. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Rev. Msgr. Enrique Samson Jr. along with Roland and Luchie Sanchez, Dado and Glory Cuaresma, and Nestor and Aida Collao for spending their time with Harte's family the day of his passing. I don't know how and where to start, but uncle Harte was a very kind and loving uncle, i still remember during my childhood, when he used to work overseas, everytime he goes home before in the Philippines, he always make a point to come and see us, everytime he sees me before, he always give me a kiss on my forehead. I was sad to hear of the sudden passing of your father. Losing a parent is very difficult, but especially at Christmas.
