Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWARREN JAMES MARSDEN April 16, 1970 - January 17, 2013 It is with deep sadness that the family announces the unexpected but peaceful passing of Warren James on January 17, 2013. With his sons by his side, Warren departed. Warren will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends. He leaves to mourn his long-time friend Valena and their children: Justin, Jesse and Danielle. He also leaves to mourn his daughter Destiny; granddaughter Sofia; his sisters: Mary, Evelyn (John), Marlene, Lydia (George), Caroline (Brian), Lorraine (Mike) and Myrtle; Warren's brothers: Ray, Emery (Josephine), Hebron and Murray; Warren's special cousin Arthur Sinclair, and many nieces, nephews and friends too numerous to mention. Warren will always be remembered as a kind and generous person who always found means to express his love towards family and closest friends. The little gifts he continually gave will truly be missed and the visits he made to family always seemed special. Warren always maintained a fun sense of humour by his jokes, laughs and funny stories and although his time on earth seemed short we will be comforted knowing that he has been called into another journey that shines ahead with hope of eternal peace and prosperity. A wake service will be held on Sunday, January 20 and, Monday, January 21 starting at 7:00 p.m. nightly with a funeral service on Tuesday, January 22 at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Emery Marsden and Ray Marsden will assist in conducting each service. All services will be held at The Bread of Life Church, 1338 Main St., Winnipeg, MB. Interment to follow at Wheeler Cemetery, 884 Symington Rd. South. The family would like to thank the Staff of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit of the Health Sciences Centre and the Chief and Council of Lake St. Martin First Nation for their care and support. Thanks also to the friends and relatives who visited Warren during his brief illness and for all the kind donations and well wishes. Active Pallbearers will be: Justin Jack, Vernon Traverse, Davey Marsden, Keith Marsden, Arthur Sinclair and Jonathan Marsden. Honorary Pallbearers will be all those that attend the wake and funeral service. God Bless till we meet again Brother.
