Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCE RAIMBAULT (nee BLANC) 1926 - 2013 On January 22, 2013, our mother, sister and grandmother passed away in Victoria, BC. She is pre-deceased by her devoted husband Adrien, beloved sister Marie-Thérèse and brother-in-law Leo Noonan and sister-in-law Thérèse. She is survived by her sons Roger (Colleen), Denis (Diane), daughters Simone and Monique (Annie), and grandchildren Ginette, Daniel, Andrée, Robert, and Mylène, as well as nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by sister Lise Adams (Ian), and brothers Maurice and Georges (Linda), brother-in-law Fr. Eugéne Raimbault, France was a warm, creative and caring person who will be remembered for her infectious laughter, especially when the three sisters were laughing together (which was often). Her delicious Sunday night dinners will be well remembered, as well as her ability to easily engage others in a humorous exchange. We offer our deepest heartfelt appreciation to the caring staff of the Kiwanis Centre in Victoria for their exceptional devotion and loving attention. May you journey well, Mom and be at peace. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, January 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald St. A private family burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Oak Bay Kiwanis Foundation, 3034 Cedar Hill Rd., Victoria, B.C. V8T 3J3.

Without knowing, time trickles through our fingers, and even in our brief encounters, we remember those who remain special to us. Even though I was very young at the time, I still remember the kindness and warmth of Mrs Raimbault. Nous avons été chanceux d'avoir Adrien et France comme voisins et avons eu loccasion de se visiter souvent. Nous offrons nos sympathies aux enfants et regrettons de ne pouvoir assister aux funérailles, nous sommes en Arizona jusqau 15 février.
