I remember my uncle Rene was a tall and good looking man, a man's man. He was always so kind and patient with us, Gilberte's kids. I have always kept a memory of visiting he and Aunt Clarisse once with a friend of mine, and having moose for lunch. Funny, sometimes, the things we remember. It was different. Good, but different! Uncle Rene was a nice man, and always welcoming. He and my mother were so alike in that way, as well as having an uncanny resemblance to each other. Rest well, Uncle Rene, and thank you that it makes me smile to think of you. - Posted by: Darla Jennings (Niece (daughter of Uncle Rene's sister, Gilberte)) on: Mar 12, 2013

I am so proud that I am related to him and I am delighted that we were able to spend time together with all our cousins and my two brothers Preston and Marc, talking, laughing, shedding tears and ,many hugs and kisses. Rest in peace mon oncle Rene, Marlene Jennings ( on behalf of all the Jennings', Yconne, Preston, Shirley, Darla, Danielle, Marc and Brenda) - Posted by: Marlene Jennings (Niece) on: Mar 12, 2013

Quel soldat! Quel homme! Toutes nos sympathies aux proches de René. - Posted by: Hubert & Colette Mangin (Cousins) on: Mar 12, 2013
