LARRY HERBERT CASSIDY Larry Cassidy, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, March 18, 2013. Larry was born on October 18, 1962 at Ste. Rose du Lac, Manitoba, son of Herbert and Lily Cassidy. He grew up in Ochre River, Manitoba and was employed as a heavy equipment operator in Brandon. Larry was an avid hunter and fisherman and dearly loved his family. He is survived by his wife, Dany Allard, whom he married August 5, 2012; his three children: Crystal Cassidy and her daughter, Danikka; Sara Shaw (Eric) and their children, Nicholas, Avalie and Eloise, and David Cassidy. He also leaves a stepson, Eric Bussell; his mother Lily Cassidy and three sisters and one brother: Carol Gillis (Jimmy), Margaret Broesky (Mark), Dorothy Bass (Merle) and Dale Cassidy. Larry was predeceased by his father, Herbert. A time of visitation for friends will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, Brandon on Monday, March 25, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The Ceremony to Celebrate Larry's Life will be held at the Chapel at 2:00 p.m., Rachelle Wilk, Hospital Chaplain will officiate. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation in memory of Larry to an account established for his children's continued education, c/o Dany Allard.
