Hey Grams, Two years today we had to say good bye. I sure do miss you every day and so do your girls. I made your sweet and sour ribs this week and I am getting closer each time. It really sucks not being able to phone you for our nightly chats or stop by for a visit but I know you and gramps are watching over us. Aunty Terry, wow so many great memories, Like the special birthday cakes she would make for uncle Graham and I for our birthday. When she would pick Anita and I up on a Friday afternoon to take us to the beach for the weekend or for summer break, she'd make a picnic and off to the beach we would go, she would watch us and holler out "You girls don't go too far", then we would walk back and stop at the bakery to pick up cinnamon buns and fresh bread. Then there was the time when i lived with Aunty Terry and we worked together at the Sand Dunes restaurant with Sherry Cherwinski (owner) peeling potatoes, flipping burgers, serving coffee to everyone that walked in, We had many late nights, but man we had fun. The many times we just sat in the backyard listening to "Tiny Bubbles" on the loud speaker. Then there was Thursday night Bingo. You know still to this day when I eat chips and kraft onion dip, Aunty Terry pops into my head, she always had chips and onion dip when we went over. And when she came with me to Selkirk, when i bought my new car, she was pretty excited for me. Those are some of many of my memories that I will always CHERISH in my mind and my heart. I will miss you and always love you, Jeannine xoxo - Posted by: Jeannine Vouriot (niece) on: Apr 03, 2013
