REA SHEMELUK It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful daughter Rea Shemeluk at home, in her family's arms on June 3, 2013 at the age of 21. Rea is survived by her parents Gerald Shemeluk and Adeline Shemeluk (Krawchuk), sister Tanis Shemeluk, grandparents Anne Krawchuk and Elsie Shemeluk, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and life-long friends. Rea graduated from Dakota Collegiate in June, 2009. She continued her education at the University of Manitoba, completing her second year of Nursing with Honours in the spring of 2012. At this time, her health prevented her from continuing her studies for her Bachelor of Nursing degree. Rea's greatest joy was going on family trips and we were so blessed to have shared so many beautiful moments together as a family. Rea was a very loving daughter, sister and loyal friend to everyone who knew her. She loved music and could always be found singing or dancing around the house, in her room, in the car and everywhere she went. Even when she was ill, Rea always put everyone else first before herself. At Rea's request, cremation has taken place and a celebration of Rea's life will be held on June 10, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Boulevard, Winnipeg, Manitoba. We would like to thank numerous family, friends, doctors and nurses for all their love, support and care of Rea during her illness. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of the Palliative Care Program for their excellent care and understanding. If family or friends so desire, a donation may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice. Rea, you will always be loved, never forgotten and forever missed. You are truly an inspiration to all of who knew you. Family and friends may sign a Book of Condolence at www.glenlawn.ca. Glen Lawn Funeral Home 204-982-7550
