Julio was my student at Language Training Centre. He was a pleasure to teach. Can't believe that he had to leave us all in such a hurry:( My heartfelt condolences to his family. No words can console the loss of a young person who had so much more to look forward to in life. Julio, we miss you immensely :( - Posted by: Janaki Balakrishnan (Instructor (EAL) at Language Training Centre, RRC) on: Jun 17, 2013

I met Julio at the Pam am training in shotokan karate. I found him to be a trully genuine man. As a fellow latina it was nice to speak in our native tongue the odd time and comforting to have that familiarity. He will forever be remembered in our club and will trully be missed. - Posted by: Rosa Caceres (friend) on: Jun 17, 2013

I first met Julio at school and later we worked together at the fort garry hotel. I cannot believe this happened, such a young person full of life and happiness. He was always laughing and always talking about his family especially his girl Davina. The last time we spoke was a few months ago when my baby was born, Julio called to congratulate me and told me that he also had another baby girl. I give my condolences to his family; I will always remember the brief time we spend together and I will never forget him. - Posted by: Yamira (friend) on: Jun 16, 2013

I only had the pleasure of meeting Julio a couple of times; one being the time you invited me and my kids to your home for a halloween party. The thing that struck me upon first meeting Julio was his extreme respect and kindness. He definitely made an impression and my kids and I. I was so saddened to hear he was sick and my heart is now so heavy. I think about you Lynda a hundred times a day; your children and Julio's family. I am so so sorry for your enormous loss. He was a great guy. May Jesus wrap his loving arms around you and all of his loved ones and bring you comfort. Joanne Smart (Michaela's mom) - Posted by: joanne smart (friend) on: Jun 15, 2013
