RODNEY VINCENT BEDFORD "Spreading his love" It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, Rodney Vincent Bedford at the age of 44 years on Tuesday, June 11, 2013. Rodney is survived by his wife and soulmate Candice; his sons Mason and Vinny; daughter Megan (Matt); his father Raymond (Diana), and brother Tony (Nicole), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles, cousins and friends. Rodney was predeceased by his sister Cory and mother Geraldine. Rodney's world revolved around his wife and kids. Lots of great times were spent at Lake St. George and at our cabin doing numerous things: hunting, fishing, building and Mom's long list of chores which he always convinced his kids to help him with. We will miss all his stories when he came home from trucking even if it was one o'clock in the morning. I'm missing you sooo much babe, you promised to be here with me for the rest of my life, you will always be my soulmate and best friend of 27 years. My sunrises and sunsets will never be the same. Till we meet again babe love you always n forever - Candice I've learned everything from you Dad, I would not be where I am today. I'm still waiting for you to come home and tell us how bad of a job we did cutting the grass, I know its not perfect and that's exactly what you would say. Thank you for everything Dad, I love you and will never forget you - Vinny Bob Dad you mean the world to me. I've learned to be a better man from the things you taught me. I will always miss, love and remember you. I will cherish my greatest memories with you forever. - Mason I will miss you helping me with the Mustang, teaching me the rights and wrongs and all that I have learned from you. We will finish our dream so you can hear her run where you rest. Matt and I will always love you . Matt will miss his fishing Buddy. May you rest in peace loving, loyal and caring father. - Chicken and Matt There will be no service as per his wishes. Cremation has taken place. We will have a Celebration of Rod's Life at our residence in Balmoral, MB on Saturday, July 13, 2013. "Early to bed, early to rise, fish like hell and make up lies" "Rest In Paradise Babe"

Growing up I remember the visits the family made to Edmonton to see us. We were all little kids. Then we moved to Wpg and our families got together often for card games..ski-dooing..xmas..or time at Lake St. Ambrose. we always had so much fun together. I remember the time Rodney fell out of the tree house..what a shock that was...but he got up and looked up at it and said Shit. Lol us kids always played together and got into mischief. My heart is full of many great moments..they shall carry me through the sadness. You will be greatly missed Rodney. I send my heartfelt love and hugs to his children and wife. Take care Rodney...xxxx - Posted by: Loralee Morrow (cousin) on: Jun 24, 2013
