CONSTANCE (CONNIE) ETHEL SHRIMPTON Peacefully, surrounded by friends, Connie Shrimpton passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at St. Joseph Personal Care Home at the age of 93 years. Connie was born in Calgary, AB on February 11, 1920 to Leonard and Emily Shrimpton. She was a quiet, kind soul with a quick wit and great sense of humour. She enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, going for ice cream and always had time for a good book. Connie was predeceased by her parents and brothers, George and Jack. She will be lovingly remembered by family, friends and all who knew her. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the caregivers of St. Joseph Personal Care Home for all their care and compassion shown to Connie. A special thank you as well to Darcie whose companionship meant the world to Connie. In keeping with Connie's wishes cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
