MAXINE PROVO July 25, 1938 - August 8, 2013 Peacefully and surrounded by love, Maxine passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at the Middlechurch Home after several years of battling health problems. She will be forever loved, cherished and remembered by her partner, Connie; her sons, Keith and wife Bonny, Randy and wife Lev; sister Bev and husband John; and their families. Maxine was a kind and generous person who was respected by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and in keeping with her wishes there will be no service. Many thanks are extended to our friends and to the staff at Middlechurch for the unbelievable love and support during this difficult time. (Too many to name, but you know who you are). Donations in her memory made to Middlechurch Home or a charity of your choice will be appreciated. Death leaves a heartache that nothing can heal, Love leaves a memory that nothing can steal. Luv ya!
