ERNEST (ERNIE) ROSARIO CHENIER October 9, 1919 - September 23, 2013 Peacefully, Ernie passed away at Golden Door Geriatric Centre. Ernie will be missed by his sons Laurence and Michael and grandson Kevin. Ernie will also be missed by sister Thérèse (LSurger) and brother Ed (Deed), as well as many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by daughter Barbara (Stan). Ernie was the 91st Canadian to enlist in the Canadian military when the Second World War was declared against Germany. He served in Jamaica till 1941. We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Golden Door Geriatric Centre for their compassionate care. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodière Blvd. Thanks Dad. We appreciate everything that you have done for us.
