Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJENNIFER-NICOLE REIMER September 5, 1987 - November 19, 2013 It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Jennifer-Nicole, at the very young age of 26 years, on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Toronto General Hospital. Jenn will be lovingly remembered and cherished by all her family and friends: The Reimers, The Belisles, The Chaudouets and The Vievilles, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Jenn found her happiness in the simple things with all the animals and pets that she would bring home, which showed what a caring and loving person she was. Jenn loved to spend time outdoors, camping, fishing, swimming and coaching baseball with Kris. She was a very dedicated and hard worker who appreciated all her staff and co-workers. Jenn's sense of humour was one of a kind and greatly resembled her papa, with whom she is now resting in peace. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of 6E at St. Boniface Hospital and Toronto General Hospital staff, ICU 10th Floor. Cremation has taken place and a funeral mass celebrating Jenn's life will be held on Friday, November 29, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Emile Church, 556 St. Anne's Road. Burial will follow in the Roman Catholic Section of St. Vital Cemetery, with reception afterwards in St. Eugene Church hall, 1009 St. Mary's Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jenn's memory to Canadian Liver Foundation (Manitoba Chapter), 210-375 York Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 3J3.
