Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJACQUES (JAKE) BOUCHARD June 2, 1934 - December 3, 2013 With his wife by his side Jake passed away peacefully, at the age of 79, after a short battle with lung cancer. He is survived by his wife Betty, of 58 years and children, John, Ron, Jackie, Renee and Michael and their families. The family would like to thank the St. Boniface Palliative Care Team and Riverview Palliative Care 3E. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2013 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba. If friends so desire donations can be made to Riverview Health Centre or St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit.
