Bonnie is survived by her husband Robert (Bob) Perreault, stepdaughter Kristin Bishop (Dave), and grandchildren Rowan and Reilly; her brother Fred (Joyce), sisters Jolynn Chunick (Dave) and Virginia Merritt (Brad); in-laws Colette Segal (Darryl), Georgette Arseny (Gord), Rene Perreault (Esme), Edna Perreault (Phyllis); numerous nieces and nephews and her dear friends Bonnie and John Cuccaro, and Rae Ann and Rob Westerback. She is predeceased by her mother Pauline Freamo (2011), father Clifford Freamo (2002), and mother-in law Aurore Perreault (2011). Bonnie was born in Port Arthur, Ontario on January 3, 1960. She attended St. Paul, St. Teresa and Lakeview High School. She spent her adolescent years in the Navy League of Canada where she met several lifelong friends. She moved from Thunder Bay in 1980 to make her home in Winnipeg. Here she worked at Xerox Canada for 33 years, over the past 10 years she greatly enjoyed becoming an Avon Independent Sales Representative. Bonnie was loved by all and made friends wherever she went, She was kind and caring and could always be counted on to have a smile on her face. One of her many joys was cruising with her husband Bob, together they visited the Caribbean, Hawaii and the Panama Canal to name a few. Bonnie could often be found in the kitchen as she loved baking, and was always on the lookout for Canada's best recipes. As an Avon independent sales representative, the family could always count on Bonnie for Avon gifts, especially for those with stinky feet. Bonnie was extremely active and enjoyed playing sports, early morning workouts, and broom ball at the annual Perreault' family New Year's Day tournament. Grandma Bonnie found a special sense of joy with her grandchildren Rowan and Reilly, doing crafts, gardening, playing piano, hosting the boys' birthday parties and being chauffeured in the backyard. Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 30, 2013 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba. Thank you to all the staff on 3 East at Riverview Health Centre who treated Bonnie with great kindness and respect throughout her stay, especially Dr. Ted and sweet Caroline. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Riverview Health Centre or a charity of your choice. Family and friends may sign a Book of Condolence at www.glenlawn.ca. Sincere condolences to Bob and family. We worked together at Xerox, and often met for lunch to share stories of our lives. Her positive attitude and boundless energy provided inspiration to those whose lives she touched. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed. - Posted by: Diane Mensing (Xerox co-worker) on: May 07, 2014

My sincere regrets to Bonnie's passing. I liked her as soon as I met her by being an Avon client. She had a fun sense of humour. - Posted by: A.M. (Avon client ) on: Jan 30, 2014

My condolences to Bonnie's family. Bonnie was one of our Xerox reps for our Company for the past 30 odd years. Although I never knew Bonnie well, we still talked everyday things, whenever she was in our office, fixing one of our machines. One thing I will always remember about Bonnie, is she always had the most amazing smile. - Posted by: Sue Garvin, (Teshmont Consultants LP) (Client for Xerox) on: Jan 27, 2014

My sincere condolences to you Bob, Kristin, Dave, Rowan and Reilly. I just heard about Bonnie's passing. We were away in Boston. Bonnie and I talked a bit via email for a few years. She told me about her grandkids and I told her about mine in Boston. She was very proud of them. When I mentioned it was my birthday in 2010, Bonnie sent me a happy birthday message the next year. Sweet lady! My prayers are wilh all of you. - Posted by: Margaret Allan... 91 Bairdmore Blvd. (Through Avon) on: Jan 10, 2014

I write in disbelief that my friend of 26 years has passed away. Today would have been your 54th birthday Bon, and it would be spent with Bob, Kris and Dave and the boys. It is tragic that you have left us so quickly and with so many more cruises to take, and recipes that you could purposely cross out rosemary. Your smile and your joy of life are second to none. Your attitude to problems, "what can you do" has resonated with me, as you always made your choices and moved forward. In the end, you made the choice to pass on, knowing what life would be like with the horrible illness you were trying so valiantly to fight. Mumsy misses your emails, and I miss those lunch dates and our Music nights. Songs Like "Thy Word", "the rose", "Imagine", and "I honestly love you" will always be 'your' songs my friend. Happy Birthday wherever you are. Hope you are arranging singing nights and finding new avon customers. Till we meet again. Love you, Miss you. Trac and Mumsy (and Kymba). You will always be "Bubbles" to mum. Rest in Peace Bon. - Posted by: Tracy Young (friend) on: Jan 03, 2014

I will always remember all the Xerox events I attended over the years with Bonnie and Bob. I also had her as an Avon rep and enjoyed the odd little gift she put in. She was always concerned about how others are doing. Many prayers to both of you. - Posted by: Debbie Dulewich (Worked at Xerox ) on: Jan 02, 2014

Sweet Bonnie we will miss your smile and loving, warm heart. I can't imagine or have chosen a better or kinder stepmom for Kristin. How blessed we feel that you have been part of our lives for 26 years. Our hearts ache now that you have left us. Rest in peace. My condolences to Bob, Kris, Dave, Row, Ry and family. - Posted by: Michele Groff (Friend ) on: Dec 31, 2013

I am still having a hard time believing this. Bonnie, as many have said in their tributes, was the most kind, caring lady you could ever meet. She insisted on delivering my Avon to me even though it was a long way for her to come, would never let me meet her halfway. We enjoyed our short visits when she came and you could always tell how very proud she was of her grandsons Rowan and Reilly. As your family mourn a terrible loss may they also celebrate the life of a truly wonderful woman. Miss you Bonnie, Judy - Posted by: Judy Gallagher (Friend ) on: Dec 29, 2013

Dear Bon: Words can't begin to describe how thankful I am for having had you in my life. It is not a stretch to say you were the most caring, genuine person I have ever met. The boys miss you dearly. They always looked forward to our weekly visits. I do not have words to describe the loss we are feeling. You were simply the best. Love you to the moon and back xoxoxo -Kris, Row, Ry, Dave - Posted by: Kristin (Step-Daughter) on: Dec 27, 2013

We are her son-in-law's parents. Bonnie was an incredibly kind, patient and generous woman. She had a million dollar smile that was so genuine. When I came to visit Winnipeg she and Bob always invited me for a dinner. I got to witness first hand the love she had for Rowan and Reilly and the love they had for her. She was a one of a kind grandmother and can never be replaced in their hearts. My condolences to the whole family. - Posted by: Lynn Shaw () on: Dec 27, 2013

We knew Bonnie when she was a little blonde child living close to us on Hodder Ave Thunder bay Ontario. Watched her to grow into the lovely lady she became and what a smile and so many laughs she gave us. Also played the piano perfectly and she played my favorite tune the Robins Return. It is a very hard piece to play and she was so perfect. Must have taken her days or months to learn it. We moved to B.C. so lost touch with her. Then now we are back in Thunder Bay and so close to Winnipeg. And won't get to see her again. We feel so sad for her families here and in Manitoba. God Bless All and Find comfort in all the happy times and good memories. Elaine and Chuck - Posted by: Elaine & Lawrence (Chuck) Hrominchuk (Neighbor and friend to us and my family) on: Dec 25, 2013
