He and Felicidad worked hard to raise their 11 children. He worked at Francisco Motors Corporation in the Philippines until the family immigrated to Canada in 1981 with their six younger children. Mariano was a jolly person who liked to tell jokes and initiate and engage in conversation. He always had good stories to share. We thank God for giving us this wonderful person to have loved and who loved us, but we understand that the time has come for him to return to our Creator. Thank you for the love, the care, the jokes, laughter and the precious memories that we will always treasure and cherish. Sorry for any misunderstandings. Please know that we love you and we will miss you especially your granddaughter Nina who looks at your picture and asks for you. Rest in peace Itay."
