Pat was such a good friend, she helped me with my Ukrainian Arts and Crafts. When I celebrated my 40th Birthday, (15 years in business) Pat and her sister were responsible for cooking and feeding over 200 people,(Janet made the most beautiful Poppy seed cake in the shape of a Ukrainian Easter Egg)I feel bad I did not keep in touch.
