FLORENCE SELINGER (nee FLORA WOLFRAM) May 30, 1940 - March 25, 2014 It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Flo Selinger, loving wife, mom (Ma), oma and sister on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Selkirk General Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents and infant daughter. Flo leaves behind to celebrate her life and memories, her loving family, her husband Heinz of 54 years, her children Melinda (Ken), Anthony, granddaughter Stephanie (Norm), sister Evelyn (Edgar), brother David (Olivia) aunts Betty and Jean, niece, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends who have brought her many years of joy pride and laughter. We are left with beautiful memories of her. Mom was a loving caring person always putting others needs ahead of her own. She would give unconditionally. She loved flowers both receiving planting and caring for them. The brighter the better. An afternoon to remember Flo will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2014 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Interment will be held at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Thank you to the nurses Jody, Kayleigh and Ronda for the compassionate care they gave to mom. In lieu of flowers, plant in your garden in memory of Flo.
