Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDONNA WILSON Donna Czubaty-Wilson passed away on Monday, July 28, 2014, in hospital in Mississauga, ON. She is mourned and remembered by Jim, her husband, and by cousins and friends in Canada, the United States, Australia and Ukraine. Donna was born on January 12, 1939 in Ternopil, in Western Ukraine, the daughter of the late Dr. Walter and Anna Czubaty. After surviving the traumatic events of the Second World War, the family immigrated to Canada in 1948, where she attended secondary school in Brandon and Winnipeg. In the early 1960s, she completed Electrical Engineering Studies in Windsor, followed by a career as a Professional Engineer in Toronto, in the telecommunications industry, where she met and married Jim. They shared a passion for travel, and passionately cared about humane treatment of pets and all living things. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment in All Saints Cemetery to follow. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in Donna's memory may be made to Oseredok Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Centre, 184 Alexander Ave. E., Winnipeg, MB R3B 0L8 or a charity of your choice. Спи Даню спи, спи вічним сном! Ти була красунею фізично та доброю людиною в житті. Нехай канадська земля буде Тобі пухким накривалом, Небесні Тереми приймуть Тебе до Себе на вічну гостину, а Весевишний тримає Тебе в Своїй опіці. І так поволи ми усі прощаємося зі земельними надбаннями, але є певність, що усі ми іще зустрінимося та пічнемо перерване життя в новім місці. На вічну пам'ять!
