Ed was born in Leoville, SK, attended the University of Saskatoon and then moved to Winnipeg in 1971, where he spent the rest of his life. Ed enjoyed skiing, snowmobiling and late in his life discovered the joy of skydiving. The family would like extend a sincere thank you to the staff in several departments of the Health Sciences Centre GD4, GB3, and the Intensive Care Unit for their care in the last weeks of his life. Ed joined the Boeing Company Human Resources Department in the early 80's. Ed (Edu) was the nick name I pinned on him. We all had a great time playing tricks on each other and making the days memorable. He had a wonderful sense of humor. His sense of play amongst friends was very genuine. Keep them rolling in the isle up their my friend. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Helen Sichewski (Colleague) on: Aug 11, 2014

I met Ed almost 30 years ago at Boeing, we hung out and snowmobiled together for a quite a few years with a great bunch of guys, most with roots at Boeing. We had lots of fun, and many, many laughs which will continue to be had for many years to come whenever the Malachi gang gets together. Farewell Fast Eddy. - Posted by: Scott Keddie (old friend) on: Aug 11, 2014
