Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKAZIMIERA ZBROG Peacefully on Friday, August 8, 2014, Kazia passed away at Concordia Hospital with family by her side. Kazia was predeceased by her husband Antoni. She will be sadly missed by daughter Cecylia (Brian) McCracken; sons John (Karen), Morris, Andrew (Susie) and Mitch (Heather); 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and other relatives in Poland. Kazia and her husband immigrated to Canada in 1961 with five young children to begin their new life. She loved her home and garden. A very hard working woman, family was very important to her and we all have very fond memories of her wonderful cooking and family get-togethers. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 12 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. with an Oblate Father officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her sons and grandsons. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kazia's memory may be made to Central Speech and Hearing (Friends of the Clinic), Suite 2-1325 Markham Rd., Ft. Garry, MB R3T 4J6. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-586-8044

She was a great family member, Nana, Mother and Grandmother. Watching her work in her yard and talking to the neighborhood children. Always missing her beans from the garden. So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. My mother Mabel and she were such good friends when they worked side-by-side at Olympic Sportswear. Your Mom was a good person and was very proud of her children. I recall her patience with me when I had a summer job there.
