Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLARA RAJESKY (nee ELKUN) Clara Rajesky in her 96th year passed peacefully at the Grace Hospital, September 1, 2014. Clara had a long and happy life filled with naches from her three children, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Clara was predeceased by her husband Sam, her daughter Nancy, her first daughter-in-law Adele, her brother Harry (Bess), sister Mary (Warren) and her brother-in-law Fred. Clara is survived by her two sons, Irwin and Sheldon, her son-in-law Jerry, daughter-in-law Hope and sister Vera. Clara was blessed by her closeness to many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. We would like to especially thank Lyle Silverman (Anna), Cathy Belanger and Sheldon's close friend Christine who was there for her over the years. Special thanks to the staff of the Grace Hospital for her exemplary care and we appreciate all that Dr. George did for her. Graveside services at the Shaarey Zedek at 2:00 p.m., September 3, 2014. (No Shiva).

Your family will probably not remember me but I remember your family quite well. I was brought up on Dufferin & Salter St and during WW11 your family was responsible for helping many people who otherwise could not manage to get along.
