Jeannette was predeceased by her parents, Florent and Irene Sarrasin. Jeannette was blessed in the last years of her life in Winnipeg to be part of the Grégoire family, where she found love and happiness. Each of us will carry a piece of Jeannette with us throughout the rest of our lives. The family would like to thank the staff of the Riverview Health Centre, floor 3 East for the care and compassion shown to our sister Jeannette.

Although we were rather mischievous in high school we never really got into any trouble. We had so much fun hanging around together. We were really opposites. Jeannette being petite and me being long and lanky. She tried to help me with my French to no avail, but it did not matter. We kept in touch through the years and got a flavour of each others lives. The last two years we were able to rekindle some of those past days. I think of you, Jeannette, often and especilly when I am at Timmies having coffee and your trying to show me how to use the cell phone. I miss you. xxoo Diana - Posted by: Diana Laliberte (Best Friends High Sclool Years.) on: Sep 28, 2014

We met only a few times but I felt close to her, maybe because of our being distant relatives, but she spoke softly and always had a beautiful, warm smile which made her face look radiant. She was a beautiful person. I only wish she would have been with us longer so that we could have gotten to know her better. We will all miss her.
