SAMUEL A. ST. PIERRE It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Samuel St. Pierre. He passed away on Friday, September 26, 2014 at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 69 years. Left to cherish Sam's memory are his ex-wife and close friend Phyllis St. Pierre; daughter Camille; sons Stephen and Sean; grandchildren; very close childhood friend Joe (Eslyn) Glasgow; as well as many friends. Sam was born in St. Lucia but was raised in Trinidad and Tobago. He moved to England with his friend Joe. He met and married Phyllis and with their son Stephen moved to Winnipeg. A private family service has been held at Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. Special thanks to the Winnipeg Paramedics and Fire Services and the St. Boniface Hospital Emergency staff. Donations in Sam's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or St. Boniface Hospital Foundation.
