LUTGARDA NIEVES Lutgarda Nieves, 72, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Riverview Health Centre. She was born on July 12, 1942 in Naga City, Philippines. Lutchie was predeceased by her parents Raul and Victoria Nieves and her sisters Norma and Zenaida. She is survived by her sisters Cinda (Myung Soo) and Lailani, brother-in-law Manuel, nephew Rayan (Lindsay), nieces Megan (Glen), Janah (Jonathan), Maevid Bowman and Macu (Paul), grandson Isaiah, granddaughter Abigail, cousins Lina (Ceejay), Maria (Alxer, J.J. and Joanna) from London, Ontario, Emerlinda from Nunavut, and numerous relatives in the Philippines and U.S.A.
