JUANA ATIENZA ABRENICA It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Juana Atienza Abrenica on October 6, 2014. She was predeceased by her husband, Feliciano Abrenica and survived by her seven children Ben (Flor), Jim (Glo), Eda (Agig Magnaye), Gerry (Sharon), Mayet (Rene Magnaye), Ruben (Tess), Jeanette (Dennis Castillo); 15 grandchildren Bernard (Maribel), Pinky (Michael Percelay), Brian, Roxanne (John Pinga), Roman, Lindsey (Brad Davis), Joshua, Jonathan (Gretchen), Justin, Jessielle (Jolo Pangilinan), Audrey, Aaron, Wesley, Jade-Anne, William; nine great-grandchildren Cerio, Felipio, Miranda (Abrenica), Elena, Ashlee (Percelay), Aiden, Allison (Pinga), Ellena (Davis), Adrianna (Magnaye); and older sister Maria Atienza Magnaye. Lamay (viewing) will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 20, 2014 at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 836 Arlington Street. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff at Bethany Harvest Hills in Calgary, Alberta for their care and support.
