Our sincere condolences to Brigitte, Rachel and David. Jeff was a wonderful neighbour and friend. We met him when they moved into the neighbourhood and he and the children baked and delivered Christmas treats for all the neighbours. He and Bill always got out their snow blowers and cleared the street after a snowfall. We will miss him.
