MARIA L. GEVERS December 7, 1952 - October 25, 2014 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, nana and sister, Maria, aged 61 years. She leaves to cherish her memory a son, Kenny (Anna) and their children Rosina and Juliea, her mother Irene Bosek, and a brother Michael (Evelyn) and their daughters Caitlin and Kayla. She also leaves her cat Skitter. A special thank you to the 6th Floor nurses and staff at St. Boniface Hospital for the care they gave to Maria. By Maria's request cremation was chosen, and no formal services will be held. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to CancerCare Manitoba in her memory.
