Our sympathies to Elsie and John's family as well as the entire ten pin bowling community. Inducted in 1995 as a Builder of the sport, John was the epitome of that word... builder. Always quick with a joke and a smile, we'll miss you John. - Posted by: Rick Brownlee (MB Sports Hall of Fame) on: Nov 17, 2014

We are thinking of Elsie and the family at this time. We met Elsie and John when they lived at Kildonan House. We have fond memories of how much John enjoyed playing Bingo and going to the entertainment evenings. When John moved to Kildonan PCH, we continued to keep a watchful eye on him. It is with sadness we say goodbye to a friend. Rest in Peace John. You will be missed and always remembered. - Posted by: Darlene & Norman Huley (Friends) on: Nov 16, 2014

So sorry to hear of Mr. Trager's passing. I have many fond memories of the Neil Ave. neighbours back in the day when your neighbour was your friend and all the moms and dads watched over every child. I remember how very kind and soft spoken your dad was. Take care. God bless. - Posted by: Eileen Findlay (neeGregg) (former neighbour) on: Nov 14, 2014

Thinking of all of you and wishing I could be there. John was an amazing man and I always enjoyed any time that I spent with him. I know you will have lots of good stories and smiles to share with each other to always keep his memory alive. Hugs to my 3 "sisters" and Elsie. - Posted by: Deb Boutilier (sister in law) on: Nov 14, 2014
