It was a pleasure and a privilege to have worked with Doug for many years with the airlines. He was liked and respected by everyone. Whenever Doug was the gate agent it put a smile on our flight attendant faces because we knew that if there was a problem he would sort it out in a calm, cool and collected manner and always be there with his support for us. His untimely passing leaves a void in many hearts but cherished memories of knowing Doug will last a lifetime. My sincere condolences go out to Ken, who i remember well and Margaret and especially to the boys, who were small when i worked/socialized with Doug in the '70 and early '80. Doug always made time for his fellow workers and customers; he was a caring husband, father and his stature always demanded your attention, when he was present...we worked together for many years and i remember him fondly..Wolf - Posted by: Wolfgang Walter (co-worker and long time friend to Doug and Diane) on: Jan 03, 2015
