FELIXBERTO DE TORRES August 22, 1940 - February 16, 2015 Felixberto de Torres, a loving husband and father, died at the age of 74 with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Lucena (Luz) de Torres. Dearly loved father, father-in-law, grandfather of Arnel (Nenita) with their three children, Chelle Sea, Nichole, Kristina; Rosemarie (John) with sons, Ian and Nolan; Nelda and daughter Sheana; Wynedian (Jose) with children, Jesse, Jason, Jewel (Isa). He is also survived by two brothers Narding and Jose de Torres and numerous nephews, nieces and family in Canada and the Philippines. Felixberto retired from the Canadian Pacific Railway after 25 years of service. He was also an active member of the Batangas Association as president and continued on as member. A remarkable poet, loves to dance and the last few years had travelled to Mexico, Cuba, Jamaica and his favourite Disney World. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Felixberto's viewing - Lamay this Friday, February 20, 2015 at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1006 Nairn Ave., Winnipeg, MB commencing at 6:00 p.m. and concluding at the request of the family. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Christian Life Assembly, 1042 Jefferson Ave. at 10:30 a.m., Pastor Joanne Poirier officiating. Interment in Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Ave., Winnipeg. A reception for family and friends will be held at the Mosaic Reception Centre, 1839 Inkster Blvd. following the interment.   • My deepest condolences. My family and I have lived next door to Berto and his family for many years. I fondly remember him as a happy and friendly man. Any time I go home for a visit I always expect to see him waving and smiling. My family and I are deeply saddened to hear of the sudden loss of our friend Berto.
