Grandma had a great sense of humor. She was always happy, laughing and making jokes. I will always remember how neat and tidy she kept her yard and home. She even won an award for cleanest house and nicest yard in her area! She lined her garden beds with beautiful flowers, different ornaments and grew different vegetables. She recently began teaching me how to knit a scarf. At first she was unsure if she remembered how to knit but once she picked up the yarn and needles she began to knit. She knit so fast I could hardly keep up! A memory I will always cherish. We will miss you every day Grandma. May you rest in peace. Love you. - Posted by: Lindsay Dewit (Granddaughter ) on: Mar 04, 2015

My sincere condolences on the passing of your Mom. I remember getting together with your parents shortly after we came to Canada and all the good times that were shared. The card games and going to the beach together are memories that I treasure. Your Mom always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She was a lovely lady. - Posted by: Susanne Sulkers (Nee Van Der Klok) () on: Mar 03, 2015

My Grandma was a sweet kind woman who loved her grandchildren unconditionally. She kept an immaculate home and enjoyed having us over despite us messing up her clean home when we were kids. She enjoyed keeping busy by doing puzzles, gardening, and collecting ornaments. She was always happy and always excited to see her family. She had a great sense of humour and always enjoyed laughing and making jokes. She will always be missed and will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace Grandma. - Posted by: Darcy Dewit (Grandson) on: Mar 03, 2015
