JANICE HANSEN 1947 - 2015 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother and grandmother, Janice on March 5, 2015 at home with her family by her side at the age of 67. She was predeceased by her parents Mike and Mary Church and brother Doug. Janice will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Tork, son Cory and daughter Lisa (Mike), grandsons Parker and Austin. Also left to cherish her memory are her sisters Sandi and Patricia and brother Bill, and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Janice devoted 25 years to helping others at St. Joseph's Residence as a Health Care Aide. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren who were the pride of her life. The family would like to extend their deep appreciation to all the Doctors and Nurses at the Buhler Center at Victoria General Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations to CancerCare Manitoba would be appreciated. I was very saddened to hear of Janice's passing. Janice was the nicest gal to work with and she had a absolute wonderful relationship with all the residents at St. Joseph's Residence. Truly, a wonderful life taken much too early. Carry all the happy times in your heart, and perhaps it won't seem so heavy. - Posted by: Jan Hocken (co-worker at St. Joseph's Residence many many years ago) on: Mar 10, 2015
