It's been awhile, but I often think of you Rita, I remember when you got your new iPhone, you would show me pictures of your daughters & grandchildren and other things saying I should get one, and I did in 2016. I remember when we would have coffee/lunch breaks together you would say," Hope we make it to retirement, I would reply, yes, I hope we do too, I did make it but you didn't! It would bother me that you never ate breakfast and only had a small plain salad for lunch, I wanted to say to you, "You work too much overtime, you look tired and pale, are you feeling okay!"! But felt you would be offended! Thinking back now to then, I wish I had of said something, quite a few of our coworkers have passed! You are not forgotten Rita, miss you, think of you often, hope your girls and family are doing okay! God Bless You! My beautiful nieces and Rita's family. My deepest sympathy. Rita was part of my life since I was 9 when she started dating my brother. She taught me about clothes and makeup. I thought she was the coolest, most fashionable beautiful person. Her long hair and hot pants. I adored her. She blessedness as a bridesmaid at her wedding the only time I ever was. Rita went through great hardship in her triage and I was happy she found her way. She was incredibly strong and smart and raised two nieces to be wonderful women. I will always love u sis. Chas and Sherri... Having lost my mom I know how hard this is. I love u both so much... Aunti sher - Posted by: Sheryl hill (Former sister in law) on: Mar 10, 2015

Dear Sherri, (Cory) Chassity, (Justin) grandchildren, Mother Mary, entire family, relatives and friends. It's very hard for me to tell you how bad I feel about your mother passing last Friday. She was a wonderful friend. We had a lot in comman and did great things together. I will miss her deeply. I'm very upset she left so sudden to me, and bit to young. She liked movies, we listened to good tunes together. Rita and I followed hockey together. She loved Sidney Crosby and Johnathon Toews. Currently now a Jet fan. She was a news person CNN. She filled me in on lots of stuff. We had a beautiful platonic friendship. I respected her very much. She was a great wife, raised you girl up well. She loved everyone around. I will keep her picture in my Bible and in the Big Big that was one of her favorites of all. I didn't realize before how much I loved her and will never forget my dear Rita friend. I will carry on and do what she always suggested that I should do. Peace be upon all your family and friends who love Rita. Peace be upon her soul. Rita and I believe in Jesus. We went to some masses together and churches. We had a lot to explore. She was a great Winnipeg girl. She worked hard. Always talk to me about her job. I will miss you Rita. I love you dear friend. See in Heaven. Amen! - Posted by: GORDIE (Special Friend) on: Mar 10, 2015

Our deepest and most heartfelt sympathies go out to Rita's family, Sherri and Chass and their families, Rita's mom, and Rita's sisters and brother and their families. We were acquainted with Rita from school and when Cory started dating Sherri, we welcomed the chance to get to know her better. First and foremost, she loved her family! She always tried her best, even when times were hard, to be there for everyone - however she could. She was a good friend...I don't know too many Mothers-in-law that got together just to watch movies or that flew out to visit our children together! Even when we moved out of the city, we kept in touch by e-mail and continued to do so. We are so sorry for your loss. She definitely has a place in our heart, always. - Posted by: Candis and Jerry Harik (Sherri's In-Laws) on: Mar 09, 2015
