Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVIRGINIA FLORENCE BRUYERE (nee HENDERSON) December 15, 1934 - March 8, 2015 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, auntie and friend. Virginia leaves to mourn her departure: her children, Lorna (Ron), Garry (Casey), Brian (Sharon), Marilyn, Maurice (Lydia), Darryl (Emily), and Nicholas (Joy); 21 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; sister Doris Bonais; Linda (whom she took as a daughter), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Virginia was predeceased by her husband Louis; children Michael, Melinda and infant child Barbara Joan; sisters Ida and Susan; brothers William, George and Jeffrey; parents Fred and Esther Henderson. Wake services began on Monday, March 9, 2015. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 2:00 p.m both at St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church in Sagkeeng First Nation, Manitoba. Pallbearers are Maurice Bruyere, Kelsey Courchene, Brian Bruyere Jr., Darryl Bruyere, Nicholas Bruyere and Farrell Twoheart. Honorary pallbearers are her sons Brian and Garry. The family extends their thanks to the staff of the George M. Guimond Care Centre Inc. and the Selkirk General Hospital for the care. I am sure going to miss your jokes, teasing and laughter. You will be missed by all of us in the family; However we cannot be selfish. Your life on earth was complete and your husband and other children needed you. I am so thankful to have given you two beautiful grandchildren and many great-grandchildren to follow. I love you with all of my heart and we will see each other again. May God bless all of the family as you always prayed for all of us.
