ANNETTE CHARBONNEAU (nee MORET) It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Annette Charbonneau (nee Moret) on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the age of 67 years, at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba after a very courageous battle with cancer. Annette will be truly missed by everyone her life has touched. She spent much of her life as a farmer, loving her farm, her large gardens and her endless flowers. For Annette, her husband, family and friends were the most important part of her life. She was incredibly proud of her children; to them she was a mother, a teacher and a friend. She also enjoyed precious moments with her grandchildren. She leaves to mourn her husband Allan, son Vincent (Erica), daughter Claudette (Jeremy) and grandchildren Benjamin and Grace Charbonneau. She also leaves to mourn her sister Paulette (Dave) Urbanski, sister-in-law Doreen Moret and cousin Joan (Duncan) Chase; the Charbonneau family, Jeanette (Robert), Roland (Lorraine), Gilbert (Doreen) and Robert; many nieces, nephews and their children; as well as relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her parents Joseph (1996) and Helen (2014) Moret; her brother Ronald Moret (1992), as well as Emery (2002) and Lucille (1985) Charbonneau. A celebration of Annette's life will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Somerset Catholic Church. Prayers, eulogy and video will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. with Father Armand Le Gal officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. For friends wishing to honour her memory, donations may be made to the Health Sciences Centre Foundation (820 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3A 1R9) or CancerCare Manitoba (1160-675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9).
