NORMA CANN (nee CLARK) Sadly, after a lengthy struggle with illness, Norma passed away on April 12, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. Norma was born January 13, 1932 in Springhil, Manitoba. She spent her childhood at the farm in Neepawa. As a young lady she came to Winnipeg where she met and married the love of her life, Don Cann. She worked at the Legislative building until her daughters were born. She helped with the bookkeeping for the family business up until the last few months of her life. Her number one priority was her family. She also loved cooking, gardening, shopping, curling, travelling and visiting with her many friends. She leaves to mourn her husband, Don, her daughters Sharon (Dale), Darlene (Gilles), granddaughter Carly and her boyfriend, Dan, grandson Nicolas and his girlfriend, Sherry, Brother Wayne and sister-in-law Carole, sister-in-law Mary-Ellen, and brother-in-law Glen, also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Eric and Lorna and brother Elwood. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 17 at Sturgeon Creek United, 207 Thompson Drive at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Arthritis Society.
