Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Spent so many days with him, lived with us for a few years when his dad worked at Falcon Lake area. Remember how we would go to the baker & after smelling the aroma, pick up a doz. donuts {his dad had an acct there}go on the roof of his shack & eat all of them. Going to a dance in Lonesand & so many, many other things. He was also very, very shy but a beer or two would take care of that. Truly a great guy who also got severely hurt in the tornado in 1955/lost his mother to an electric storm as a child...rest Eddie & thanks for all those fun times & memoires. - Posted by: Martin Shmigelsky (friend) on: Jan 09, 2018

  • My thoughts and prayers are with Eddy's family and friends. I attended Shevchenko School with Eddy and his sisters Elsie and Jean. I have so many fond memories of him and his sisters, getting in trouble and having alot of fun doing it.He is at peace now, with Jesus and his angels. Heaven has been blessed by another special angel called Eddy.God willing,he was welcomed home with open arms by his family in heaven. • Rest in peace Uncle Ed. We will miss you very much. I remember as a kid the ice cream trips to the Sugar Shack in Vita in the summer you treated me to. The long fishing trips were never boring when you were there. You were not a fancy guy but was a man of your word. Until we meet again. Lots of love Barb, Horacio, Michael, Daniel and Charlie. - Posted by: Barbara , Horacio, Michael , Daniel and Charlie. (niece and family) on: May 30, 2015
