DANIEL SMITH It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Dan on May 24, 2015. Dan is survived by his children Darrell, Kevin (Monique), Karen (Tom), Kelly (Joe), Daniel (Aida), grandchildren Lauren, Jesse, Justin (Carmel), Karli (Ethan), Stephen (Karlee), Matt (Michelle), Mark (Shayna), Cole (Julie), Morgan (Chris), Kristin, Aidan, Nicholas, his brother Ted (Betty) and nieces and nephews Laurie, Barb, Marsha and Craig and their families. He was predeceased by his parents Dan and Pansy. Dan was an avid Kinsmen member, volunteered for several charities, enjoyed cottage life at Winnipeg Beach and spending summers with family. Dad was a good person. He was true to his ideals of a good life and joy with a loving family around him. He wished health and wealth to all. A private family interment has taken place. Donations may be made in Dan's memory to The Salvation Army, National Processing Centre, P.O. Box 8200, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 4W5.
