Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVICTOR HENRY FRAZER PRICE Peacefully on Sunday, May 31, 2015, Victor Price died with family at his side at Victoria General Hospital at the age of 88 years. Left to survive Victor are his older sister, Florence; eight children; fourteen grandchildren; and twenty great-grandkids. He was predeceased by his parents and four siblings. Victor was raised in the country but spent his later years as a horse owner/trainer at Assiniboia Downs. He could occasionally be found at the slot machines passing time. At Victor's request there will be no funeral service. Thank you to all those at the track we know helped him along the way that he considered more than just friends.

Vic had some good horses at the Downs...One of the ones i remember is Victors Pride , one hell of a horse and one that Vic no doubt was proud of. Vic and I had a mutual friend , one that Vic helped out immensely ...being Nathan Finkel. Vic took great care of Nate and his property when Nate became gravely ill and passed away several years ago , taking care of his animals on the farm for him. Vic was always friendly and courteous.
