ARNOLD KEHLER It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Arnold Kehler on June 12, 2015 at the age of 61 years old. Arnold is lovingly remembered by his wife Mirielle (nee Clement); children Jacqueline and Mark Kehler; his mother Gertrude Kehler of Altona and siblings Cliff (Pat) Kehler from Calgary Alberta; Janice Peters of Winkler, Manitoba; Jim (Sue) Kehler of Grand Prairie, Alberta; Judy (Lloyd) Martens from Winnipeg, Manitoba; and Conrad (Rachelle) Kehler from Lake Louise, Alberta; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces, and nephews. Arnold was predeceased by his father Edwin Kehler. Arnold was born on June 12, 1954 in the small town of Altona. Arnold graduated from Red River Community College in 1992 as top of the class in autobody mechanics. With his love and passion for vehicles, Arnold began his career in autobody at Midway Chrysler and Gauthier Chrysler. After leaving the autobody trade of 22 years, Arnold decided to continue his love for vehicles regaining his Class 1 license and traveling across the United States and Canada delivering vehicles to various locations. When Arnold was home, Arnold enjoyed down time by spending time with his family and going on family vacations to the lake to fish. Arnold was a down to earth individual, who was hard working and loved to joke around. Special thanks go to the critical care team in Topeka, Kansas, whose compassion and care made our father's final resting days one of comfort. Dad, we will always love you and you will be greatly missed by many. Thank you for everything you have shared and taught us over the years and for your continuous love. You will live on in our hearts. You are our very special angel. Till we meet again. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 19, 2015 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Boulevard, with viewing to start at 1:15 p.m. Family and friends may sign a Book of Condolence at www.glenlawn.ca Glen Lawn Funeral Home 204-982-7550
